Our nearest seaside resort, Calpe, it is twenty minutes away, and Denia, Moraira & Javea all within half an hours car journey, Benidorm is three quarters of an hour away with all its attractions.
Locally the area is very popular with walkers ,mountain walking and cycling, in fact, cycling is very popular on V.P. with its own cycling club encompassing many age groups.
There are a great many good restaurants locally, which produce a very cheap, interesting & varied collection of dishes.

The town of Jalon is a quarter of an hour away with its Saturday Rastro Market and Bodegas, Orba Ten minutes. It is on the edge of the Campo, with walks to the Villages of Murla and Benigembla which are of approx. equal distance.
The property has a gated entrance, lit at night by automatic flood lighting, with a drive capable of housing two cars part of which is covered by a metal car port.

Four tiled steps covered by, a retractable awning, giving you access to a tiled Naya, with wall lights, which is enclosed by fully retractable Glass Curtains.
